Shipping policy
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Shipping rates
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Delivery estimates
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Canada: 2-5 business days
- United States: 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, customs, or carrier delays.
Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you haven't received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@myathanclock.com.
Address errors
Please contact us ASAP at info@myathanclock.com if you notice an error with your shipping address. We cannot guarantee edits received after an order has been placed, and address changes may incur a change of address fee.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and confirm your shipping address.
